Nadiia Gnatenko met Khaita Joyful Dances in 2013, shortly after receiving Dzogchen transmission from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche.
In 2017, inspired by retreats on Dzogchen meditation combined with Khaita, she started to practice them regularly as a means of developing presence in the movement.
