It is not necessary for students to have prior knowledge of Khaita Joyful Dances or any other dances.
We suggest that students will attend at least 50% of the classes live. The intention of the programme is to offer opportunities to connect with the community of teachers and practitioners from around the world and to make the most of our collective experience.
Classes will be in simple English.
You can sign up for 1 month (4 lessons) or for the whole programme (12 lessons) – according to your needs.
Each month you can join us, whether you continue or not.
First weekly class on March 4th is free.
After that time, a monthly payment must be made.
All additional workshops at the beginning of the month are open to all for free donations

Monika Marcik is a Khaita instructor, business Trainer and coach. She specialises in developing managerial and personal skills with particular emphasis on emotional intelligence, working with values, reducing stress and finding work life balance. She uses Khaita Joyful Dances at her work as a method to support the development of coaching skills and building awareness of the body, energy and mind.
Petra is creative designer, project manager and creative strategy lead for digital and interactive designs. She is a graduate teacher and designer and professional basketball player and coach. In 2001 she was certified as a sport masseur. She has long term experience in teaching and coaching, working with the physical aspect of the body and the balance of movements within physical activities. Khaita Joyful Dances instructor, she regularly leads regular training for adults and kids. She cooperates with a Montessori kindergarten and teaches Khaita there. She is actively participating in events, dance performances and also organising events.
Eva Leick holds a PhD in Dance Studies, with her dissertation focusing on Khaita – Joyful Dances. She is a researcher and dancer from Austria and is currently participating in the Khaita Educational Program to become a certified instructor. The final exams will take place in April 2024. Eva is also a founding member of the contemporary dance company subsTanz based in Graz, Austria.
Martina is a Primary school teacher. She has been teaching since 2007. During her childhood, she loved to dance in groups and create choreographies with the support of her teacher. She remembers how much joy dancing can bring to kids: this is why she taught Khaita at her Primary school to the kids last year and she hopes to continue next year. She’s currently studying to become a Khaita instructor.
Born in Inner Mongolia in China, she started practicing Khaita in 2014 when she first met professor Choegyal Namkai Norbu in Merigar, Italy. She has been leading Khaita dance sessions in Milan, Italy and then in the south of France. She is currently taking part in a three-year educational programme to become an instructor of Khaita joyful dances. She wants to share with all of you the joy of dancing, of being present in the melody, the rhythm and the moments.
Since childhood loves music and dance as a form of relaxation and self-discovery. In 2013 thanks to Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, she encountered with Tibetan Modern Dances, which later became Khaita Joyful Dances. She is a student of The Khaita Educational Program for new Experts and Instructors since 2022. She is interested in history and archiving and has a bachelor degree in Theory of Interactive Media.
Born in Lima, Peru, since she was a little girl she discovered her connection and love for dancing starting with ballet, modern dance and flamenco. In 2008 she met Prof. Namkhai Norbu and start to practice Vajra Dance, a method that harmonize and relax the body, energy and mind giving more presence and awareness in every day life. She became a Vajra Dance instructor in 2012 and since then she have been teaching in Peru, Ecuador, Chile and Argentina. Now she is also preparing to became a certified Khaita Instructor as she wants to share the joy and relaxation through dancing Khaita.
Clotilde discovered Khaita as a student of Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche in 2011 and has been developping her practice through the year dancing together along with other students and is part of Khaita educational program. Living in south of France, she has a master in sciences of education and is working in a buddhist center where she had the opportunity to teach some dances and to perform for events.
