Monika Marcik (Poland) is Khaita instructor, business Trainer and coach. She specialize in developing managerial and personal skills with particular emphasis on emotional intelligence, working with values, reducing stress and finding work life balance. She is using Khaita Joyful Dances at her work as a method supporting development of coaching skills and building awareness of the body, energy and mind.
Born in Moscow (Russia), Luda graduated from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPHI). She also completed some studies in musical school for piano and has worked as a teacher of ballroom dance, participating in contests and performances. Luda became a member of the International Dzogchen Community in 1994, was authorized by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu as a Vajra Dance instructor and became an instructor of Khaita Joyful Dances in 2016.
Since then, she gave many courses for beginners and, as part of Khaita Committee, in training program for instructors.
She  has participated as dancer and artistic director in many events and performances.
