In dance the soul comes alive

By means of Khaita Nadiia helps students to return to themselves: to reconnect to their body, emotions and aspirations, to learn to be as they are in harmony with themselves and the world.

Nadiia Gnatenko met Khaita Joyful Dances in 2013, shortly after receiving Dzogchen transmission from Chögyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche.

In 2017, inspired by retreats on Dzogchen meditation combined with Khaita, she started to practice them regularly as a means of developing presence in the movement.

Since then Nadiia organized regular practices and courses in Kyiv (Ukraine) and Budapest (Hungary), and in April 2024 became an instructor.

For several years she practised dancing in nature with a group, which showed to be a good mean to improve participants’ health and mood, balance body elements, develop harmonious relations with local people and nature.

Nadiia writes Khaita newsletter, develops content for khaita.org, does interpretation of the Exploring Khaita workshops.

Nadiia has a background in healing and is learning art therapy and psychology.
