Born in Rome, Italy, since an early age Alessandra was interested in using the body and the breathing as tools to discover a deeper state of presence. She attended a dance and theatre school in Rome between the years 1998 and 2000, where she studied contemporary dance amongst other things. She then went on to focus on the study and practice of Yantra Yoga, the tibetan yoga of movement, and was authorised to teach it by Prof. Namkhai Norbu in 2010. Since then she has been teaching Yantra Yoga in Italy and Tenerife, Spain, where she now resides. In 2016 she also became a teacher of Kumar Kumari, Yantra Yoga for children, and Respira, a method that helps deconstruct old breathing patterns and release tensions, so as to rediscover a more natural breathing. In 2024, after participating in the Khaita 3 year educational program, she became a certified Khaita instructor and now regularly leads Khaita sessions in Dzamling Gar, Tenerife.
Born in Lima, Peru, since she was a little girl she discovered her connection and love for dancing starting with ballet, modern dance and flamenco. In 2008 she met Prof. Namkhai Norbu and start to practice Vajra Dance, a method that harmonize and relax the body, energy and mind giving more presence and awareness in every day life. She became a Vajra Dance instructor in 2012 and since then she have been teaching in Peru, Ecuador, Chile and Argentina. In 2024 Issa also finished a 3-year educational program and became a certified Khaita Instructor to share the joy and relaxation through dancing Khaita.
Born in Inner Mongolia in China, she started practicing Khaita in 2014 when she first met professor Choegyal Namkai Norbu in Merigar, Italy. She has been leading Khaita dance sessions in Milan, Italy and then in the south of France. She successfully finished a three-year educational program to become an instructor of Khaita Joyful Dances. She wants to share with all of you the joy of dancing, of being present in the melody, the rhythm and the moments.
